Our ghostly couriers work around the clock (especially at midnight) to deliver your package in just 3-4 days.
*Some remote locations may take 1-2 extra days as our spirits navigate through ancient burial grounds
Tracking Your Package
You'll receive a tracking number via raven mail (or email) to follow your package's journey through the spirit world.
Midnight Deliveries
Don't be alarmed if you hear whispers or see shadows moving around your package - our delivery spirits are most active between midnight and 3am.
Cursed Returns
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. After that, the items may become... attached to you.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and not cursed (unless they arrived that way).
*Any signs of supernatural activity must be documented with photos
Refund Process
Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
*Refunds may appear in your account as "Mysterious Deposit"
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned once opened, including:

- Cursed jewelry
- Spell ingredients
- Items that have shown signs of paranormal activity
